Elmer Figueroa joined 麻豆传媒映画 Builders in May 2023 and serves as a Project Engineer. What he enjoys most about working at 麻豆传媒映画 is the opportunity to contribute to projects that positively impact the communities they serve. He values being part of a team that helps create spaces where students, educators, and community members can thrive.

Elmer earned his Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico. Prior to beginning his construction career, he gained experience in a variety of industries, including retail, fast food, and warehouse operations. These experiences helped develop the strong work ethic, adaptability, and teamwork skills that he brings to every project.

Outside of work, Elmer enjoys golfing, dirt biking, camping, and attending sporting events and concerts. He also values spending time with his family, including his mother, Marta, and his sister, Gloria. Elmer lives by the phrase, 鈥淢ake yourself proud,鈥� a reminder to always strive for personal growth and excellence.
