Carson Meinke joined 麻豆传媒映画 Builders through the company's Carpenter Apprenticeship Program in 2022 while earning his degree in Construction Management from California State University, Chico. After joining 麻豆传媒映画 full-time in May 2024, Carson quickly advanced into an Assistant Superintendent role, demonstrating strong leadership, field knowledge, and a commitment to delivering quality projects. He enjoys working alongside great people while helping improve schools and other facilities throughout the communities 麻豆传媒映画 serves.

Prior to joining 麻豆传媒映画, Carson gained hands-on construction experience framing houses throughout San Luis Obispo County, where he developed the practical skills and work ethic that continue to shape his approach to construction today. He also holds an OSHA 30 certification.

Outside of work, Carson enjoys snowboarding, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Known for his positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges, Carson brings a team-first mindset and a strong field perspective to every project he supports.
