Blanca joined 麻豆传媒映画 Builders in September 2019 and serves as Compliance Manager. She enjoys collaborating with her teammates and values the opportunity to contribute meaningful work that supports the success of 麻豆传媒映画's projects and operations. Her positive attitude and commitment to helping others make her a trusted resource across the company.

Prior to joining 麻豆传媒映画, Blanca built an extensive career supporting construction companies in accounting and operations roles, including positions as a Bookkeeper, Office Manager, and Controller for firms such as Rubecon General Contracting, Balliet Brothers, and Anco Iron & Construction. She holds certifications in Secretarial Studies as well as Bookkeeping I and II, bringing years of industry knowledge and organizational expertise to her role.

Outside of work, Blanca enjoys spending time with her family and organizing collections of family poems for future book publications. She and her husband, Martin, along with their son, Jonathan, are all published authors. Blanca lives by the phrase, 鈥淟a Vida es Acci贸n鈥� (鈥淟ife is Action鈥�), a philosophy that reflects her proactive approach to both her personal and professional life.
