Austin Rogers joined 麻豆传媒映画 Builders in August 2025 as a Project Engineer, bringing a diverse background in construction and operations management. He enjoys being part of projects that create meaningful spaces and opportunities for others, and values the collaborative culture at 麻豆传媒映画 that makes challenging work both rewarding and enjoyable.

Austin has worked in the construction industry since 2019, gaining experience with drywall, casework, and general contracting firms before joining 麻豆传媒映画. Prior to his construction career, he managed a commercial gym and worked as a financial analyst. He earned both a Bachelor of Arts in History and a Master of Science in Construction Management from California State University, East Bay, and holds an OSHA 30 certification.

Outside of work, Austin enjoys fishing, football, and baseball. He lives with his wife, Clare, and their golden retriever, Sally. Austin approaches both his personal and professional life with a simple philosophy: 鈥淭he standard is the standard.鈥�
